Order Processing
Each item is carefully selected and prepared with intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days in transit
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days in transit
Please keep in mind that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers from our shop.
This includes situations such as:
Lost or missing packages
Stolen deliveries
Carrier delays or delivery issues
Damage occurring during transit
If any of these issues arise, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While we’re always happy to help with tracking information or documentation, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or assume responsibility once the package has left our care.
Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, and these orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
All Sales Final
Due to the unique, natural variations of crystals and the nature of jewelry items all sales are final.
Due to health concerns related to worn apparel, bath, and beauty-related products all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges on crystal, jewelry, apparel, bath, and beauty purchases under any circumstances.
If there is an issue with your order, or a product has arrived damaged, please contact us right away at support@onyxmoonhaven.com so we can make it right.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey directly through the shipping carrier.
Shipping is only available within the USA at this time. We look forward to working on expanding shipping availability to other countries in the future.
